About Nicole: Nicole began her career in medicine at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She obtained her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Mary Baldwin University. Throughout her medical training, she found a passion for primary care. When she is not busy caring for patients, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. She also enjoys pickleball and cooking up new recipes in the kitchen.

About Dr. Cornett: An alumnus of the Medical College of Virginia & The College of William & Mary, Dr. Cornett has been practicing medicine at Mechanicsville Medical Center since 2004. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Virginia’s Chesterfield Family Practice and is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and enjoys teaching medical students.
Dr. Cornett enjoys various recreational activities, church, and traveling with his family, including his three children. A former college and high school teacher, he enjoys reading non-fiction literature, regular exercise, cooking, gardening, following various sports, and once spent seven weeks camping on the Appalachian Trail.
